We are very excited to host a full evening of personal exploration around gender and sexual identity this Saturday evening. At 5pm, Sar Surmick will lead a discussion about how and why we label ourselves. This will be an interactive workshop with the goal of discovering not only ourselves, but also how to communicate that to friends, family, and potential partners.
At 7pm, we will move from the FSPC Studio next door to the CSPC Annex for the Salon and Mixer portion of the evening. The Explore Identity Team has put together a fantastic array of options for you to try on various personas, faces, and costumes to find the best way to express your identity to the world. We will have light refreshments available for nibbling and non-alcoholic beverages.
Be sure to read through the whole description of both the workshop and the salon in our calendar for the full scoop. You are welcome to bring, make-up, clothing and apparel, as well as take advantage of trying out what we will have on hand.
Come and explore the possibilities of you!
